Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from skimaskclub.com, operated by KOLSTAD CONSULTING, org. no. 938076111, Oslo, Norway ("Ski Mask Club", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Duties and import fees are prepaid. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal.

Products

We sell novelty ski masks (balaclavas) printed with fictional faces.

Intellectual property

All text, images and video on this site belong to Ski Mask Club or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Product use

Our masks are novelty costume and winter accessories. They are not toys and not personal protective equipment. You agree to use them safely and lawfully, to follow the safety and care instructions on the product page and our FAQ page, to supervise any child who wears one, and not to use them to conceal your identity unlawfully, to frighten or threaten others, or to impersonate anyone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or legal consequences that result from misuse, from ignoring the safety instructions, or from wearing a mask where it is not allowed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state.
