If anything is wrong with your order, email support@skimaskclub.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us a photo. We ship a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

Return it unworn within 30 days of delivery. Email support@skimaskclub.com first and we'll send return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Wrong fit or damaged? Email us a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund, no return needed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that they are already being processed.

Refund timing

Refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
