Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No PO boxes.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and most arrive in 8 to 15 business days, with tracking. Duties are covered, so there are no surprise fees. Tracking can take a few days to show the first scan.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when the order ships. The first scan can take 2 to 4 days to appear.

Duties and taxes

All duties and import fees are prepaid. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Launch sale

Our launch sale runs until December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Every order placed before then gets the sale price, whenever it arrives. After that, masks go back to the regular price of $36.99.

Address changes

Email support@skimaskclub.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that the parcel is already on its way and we cannot redirect it.

Lost or stalled parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, we send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
